1. Eligibility for Returns

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Log In to Your Account: Go to the ZenShop website and log in to your account. If you checked out as a guest, you can still initiate a return using your order confirmation email.

Access Your Orders: Navigate to the “My Orders” section in your account.

Select the Order: Find the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click on it.

Request a Return: Click on the “Return” button next to the item(s) you want to return and follow the prompts to complete the return request. You will receive a return authorization (RA) number via email.

Print the Return Label: If applicable, print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your return authorization email. If you choose not to use our prepaid label, you can ship the return at your own cost.
3. Packaging Your Return
- Repack the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Include the RA Number: Write the return authorization (RA) number on the outside of the package to ensure proper processing.
- Seal the Package: Make sure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
4. Shipping Your Return
- Using Our Prepaid Label: If you are using the prepaid return label, drop off the package at the designated carrier location. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Using Your Own Shipping Method: If you choose to ship the return using your own method, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package is returned safely.
5. Refund Process
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
